Use this form when you want to reserve space at Apex (5200 Far Hills Ave).

For example, if your house church wants to use a room for an event... or if your region wants to hold a meeting in one of the large rooms.

Keep in mind, if you want for your meeting or event to be communicated out to your region or all of Apex, this does not ensure that! This only reserves space for the event. Be sure to add your event to website hubs, reserve a promotional table in the lobby, or use some other method to "get the word out!"
